Toxins in the body are a serious health hazard, also it is really a problem not only seen in the industrial world.  Scarcely anywhere that is known is a safe haven, and so much of our importance on a fit body at this time centers on removing these toxins.  To be proactive and eliminating toxins from your environment before they enter our body is a far better approach to better health.

5.    Farm fish as opposed to wild.  Salmon and other fatty fish are very good additions for a diet, but the majority of these fish usually are not caught while in the wild.  Whenever you can, opt for the wild caught.  There is PCB contamination in a lot of the fish that is farm-fed.  Although much of it can be reduced by not eating the skin and fat which is cooked out, you will never be able to remove it all.

6.    Filter your water.  To be prudent, always filter the water that you drink.

7.    Prescription along with over-the-counter drugs.  Drugs are chemicals, and they will leave residue in your body over time.  Reduce them as much as possible.

Obviously you’re not likely to completely eliminate your contact with toxins, and you don’t have to live within a bubble to survive.  The body is amazingly resilient, and it’s our task to help it as much as we are able.
