Benefits of Flaxseeds for Liver Vigor

3.    Flax’s lignans.  These are fiber-like compounds which have strong antioxidant components.  Why are lignans important to people?  They represent one in the four main classes of chemical compounds referred to as phytoestrogens.  They are plant-centered compounds which play a significant role in our health, particularly for lowering two liver enzymes that cause inflammation and cell harm in the liver.  Flaxseeds have by far the most compared to all types of foods commonly consumed.  Next are sesame seeds, containing around one-seventh the overall lignans of flaxseeds.
